There is no update on the slim package including the Buster theme, future Prototype.
Here is one you can download and decompress to your /usr/share/slim/theme/ folder (as root).
Don't forget to update (still as root) your /etc/slim.conf: near the end, replace the line
current_theme debian-softwaves
used for Stretch by
current_theme debian-futurePrototype
